Creating visual concepts for various commercial projects is a challenging art, to say the least. Part of the challenge is the fact that promotion is in the works so far in advance with only a glimmer of what the end product or show will be. In cases like these, the work we create at Outlines Inc. serves as a concept to be morphed into a more concise visual to represent the final product. This poster for Ancient Aliens, a History Channel original program, best illustrates this point.
