Workin' hard

Outlines INC. has been busy!!

Our clients take us in all directions. From traditional television commercials to pop culture promotional ads. Here is a small sample of recent art Chris and the Outline's team have produced and the subsequent applications.

Youth and Consequences

Here's another example as to why illustration is key in bringing a concept to life. Outlines Inc. was called in to create several layouts for the promotion of YouTube Red's new Teen Dramedy "Youth and Consequences". Check out the side by side sample to see how closely the photoshoot followed our concept illustration, as well as some of the other layouts Chris and the Outlines team worked up.

Jersey Shore: Family Vacation

They're Baaaack...

Snooki, Mike "The Situation", JWoww, Pauly D, Ronnie, Deena, and Vinny are returning for a Jersey Shore vacation reunion in Miami. Yes... the guilty pleasure reality show is back with seven of the original cast members.

MTV called Outlines Inc. to help visualize the promotional art for the new season. Check out the original sketch art that the main poster is based on, as well as other fun concept art for the extended ad campaign.

"Crashing" Season 2 on HBO

To paraphrase the old Tootsie Pop commercial - how many licks does it take to get to a finished concept? No... not three! The correct answer is as many as it takes to get the image right. That's what Outlines Inc. is all about, Charlie Brown... getting the image right. The subtleties and nuances of a visual concept are what convey just the right message about the product to the audience.

As always, it was exciting to see the final result out in the wild here in New York City!

P.S. Just for the fun of it... here's one more concept sketch that we did here at Outlines Inc. that I thought I'd share:

"Knightfall" Video Board

The History Channel's epic series "Knightfall", which premiered December 9th, was such a fantastic project to work on. The creatives at A&E networks contracted Outlines Inc. to visualize concepts when the show was barely in production. With limited reference for costumes, candid shots of the actors off the internet, and independent research of the Templar Knights, the task of fleshing out the visuals was great indeed. Keep these facts in mind as you view the following video board Chris and Outlines team produced as the template for the "Knightfall" trailer.
